If you have children in your family then give two drops of Eupatorium Perfoliatum 30 morning and evening. For adults you can give two drops of Eupatorium Perfoliatum 200 once in the afternoon. If you are aware that you have dengue then you can take two drops of Eupatorium Perfoliatum 30 3-4 times a day.

Gelsemium Sempervirens – If you are more weak along with the dengue fever then this medicine is very useful and you can take two drops for 3 times a day.

In case, you are suffering from dengue fever and is having much body ache then below 3 medicines are very useful:

1. Take two drops of Eupatorium Perfoliatum 30 for three times a day.
2. Take two drops of Rhus Tox 30 for three times a day.
3. Take two drops of Bryonia 30 for three times a day.
