Abdominal pain is a common problem. Generally any pain killer can be beneficial for abdominal pain, but abdominal pain caused by many different reasons, such as constipation, stomach worm, stones in the urinary bladder, liver pain, injury in the stomach, etc.

Reasons of Abdominal pain

Constipation: Constipation generates many diseases; one of them is abdominal pain.  When 2-4 months babies cries because of abdominal pain, suddenly we do not understand why the child is crying. Home treatment, like massage around the navel with warm mustard oil and asafetida water, can stop the abdomen pain in child. Not properly taking care of food of the child causes constipation. We try to feed only milk to baby but pay no attention to give him water. In addition to breast milk after the age of 5-6 months we started feeding grain also, but still not feed them proper quantity of water.

Flatulence: This disease arises as a result of constipation. Due to constipation, gases which releases from rotten stool in intestine and rectum gathered together and cause bloating in stomach. Stress increases by flatulence, it create pressure on intestines and other organs which causes pain. if stool get hard and stuck in anus mouth of child , then you can slide it back gently in to anus by using  the  little finger but first put some oil on it or wet it with soap , it make gases release and even paused stool Slip out.

Intestinal deformity :1- intestine banded, 2-intestine tangled itself by birth in infant or any deformity which create pressure on intestine, 3-vomiting in child which cause problems on intestine. If vomiting occurs, you should watch the color of vomit.

Diarrhea: If there is diarrhea with abdominal pain in the child, which usually happens, it is either due to indigestion or is being infected by unhygienic water or milk.

Worm in Stomach: due to worm in stomach a child complains for pain in stomach. It is very often. The child seems to be hungrier, eats more yet remains thin. White spots on face. Child try to keep touch his nose, mouth and anus repeatedly.

Kidney or Urethra infection: it is a disease in children, that is why the child cry, being restless and we think that child have a stomach problem that is why baby is crying. But actually it can be due to problem in kidney. Infection in the urinary bladder or urine infection can cause irritation or pain and baby cries.

Appendicitis: The habit of eating soil, lime, chalk, etc. in children causes collection of these in the form of stones. If it builds in the kidneys or in the urinary bladder, then the child feels pain all the time, which is maximum when urinating.

Liver (hepatic) pain: the liver is located in the abdomen. So it can cause the pain in stomach. Besides the Liver (hepatic), any kind of infection is also the cause of pain in the stomach.

Injury: Injury may create wound inside the body, causing the blood accumulation which can create pain.
