This disease starts with formation of little pimple inside anal. Gradually, this pimple converted to wound. If left untreated can cause ulcer. This is known as Fistula. It is a painful disease.

Treatments:-

• 100 gm triphala, 50 gm khairsar (Acaela catecha), 50 gm Khadiradi (Gutika)- grind them and boil this mixture in 20 cups of water. When 2 cups of water left put it down from flame. Add baibidang 5 gm and ghee of buffalo 20 gm. Take two tablespoon of this medicine in the morning after breakfast. Fistula disease will go away.
• 50 gm triphala, 5 gm guggulu, 5 gm cinnamon, 2 red cardamom, 10 gm chitrakmool (Plumbaga zeylanica), 10 gm ajwain, 10 gm dried ginger, 5 gm nagarmotha (cyperus rotundus), 10 gm kaphal – grind it and boil in 5 Liters of water. When 1 Liter left cool this mixture and filter it. Add some honey or sugar. Take this medicine 2 tablespoon regularly in morning and evening. You will get relief not only from fistula but also from various diseases of stomach.
• Triphala juices mixed with Vaseline – apply it far inside of the anus using your finger. Canker will dry
• 10 gm triphala powder, 10 gm baibidang, 5 gm khairsar (Acaela catecha), 20 gm pipal – make powder – lick one table spoon of this powder with honey. Using this medicine will destroy intestinal worms, tuberculosis, fistula etc.
