Kali phos 6x, anacardium 30, lycopodium 30 is to be used 2 to 3 times a day. I will explain in detail. First in the morning, take 4 tablets of Kali phos 6x and suck it. After 10 to 15 minutes after taking kali phos 6x, drip 2 drops of anacardium 30 on the tongue. Then after 10 minutes of taking anacardium 30, 2 drops of Lycopodium 30 is to be instilled on the tongue. You have to do the sequence of taking the same medicine 2 to 3 times a day. Take the medicine only half an hour before or after you have a meal.

If facial wrinkles are due to chronic fluid loss like leucorrhoea or discharge of semen, then you have to use acid phos 30 and selenium 30 twice a day along with the three medicines you have been told. In such symptoms, these 2 medicines prove to be very useful.

Along with these medicines Bakson’s Anti Wrinkle Cream is to be used after washing the face thoroughly before going to bed at night. Apply this cream on the face at night and sleep.
