Arnica Montana 200 – This is one of the best medicine and must be taken in 200 potency. In case, you suffer from severe back pain, the pain increases if pressed then Arnica Montana is very effective. It is also useful for Women who suffer from continuous back pain. It also works for Sciatica pain. You need to take two drops of this medicine morning and evening in your tongue.

The second medicine is a combination of 3 different medicines. The first medicine is Rhus Tox 30 where the back pain is extreme and it feels that the pain is moving downwards. You feel good if you walk to and froth. The second medicine is Ruta 30 and it works when you feel pain as soon as you get up from your bed. The third medicine is Bellis per 30 which is useful for muscle pain in back. It also works when you lift a heavy weight and the pain you had increases.
